Las Vegas Strip restaurant prices run from an $8.50 pizza slice to a $680 tasting menu, and the gap is wider than most first-time visitors expect. This guide is about what things cost: 15 restaurants, five at the high end, five in the middle and five for cheap eats.
Every price here was checked on an official menu or restaurant page on October 21, 2026. Prices exclude tax and tip, and menus change often, so confirm before you go. We do not add up meals, because what you order matters more than any average.
We sort the picks by what the menus show. High end means a tasting menu or a headline steak or duck that runs past $100. Regular means sit-down mains that mostly fall between about $20 and $60. Value means counters, food halls and diners where a main dish is mostly under about $25 a person. Where Treasure Island lists an average check, we quote it as its figure.
New to the layout? Open our Las Vegas Strip map with every hotel in order first, because these restaurants sit all along the boulevard. If you want buffets, Chinatown and Downtown, read our best restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip guide instead.
